Down in Los Lagos, Chile, we started as a group of fishermen. Our for the water as well as seafood lead us to expand. The quality we provided our surroundings made us progress faster to the place we are today. We have and will always love seafood and the ocean where we fish. It’s our goal, first and foremost to ensure the fish we source are always harvested sustainably. We not only adhere to local and federal regulations, but we also go to extensive lengths to set the bar higher for responsible fishing. Since the 1980's, we’ve only sourced the highest quality seafood. We work closely also with our customers to provide them an extensive flexibility in their requirements. Our manufacturing plant has developed to become a fully equipped plant. This has given us the facility to:

More to that, We also developed and integrated traceable fish tags so our customers can see exactly where their fish came from when it was landed and how long it was on ice or in transit before it arrived at their door via the Gulf Wild tracking tags.

We offer you a delivery service in both fresh and frozen fish, directly to your restaurant, throughout Spain and France, depending on the regularity you need. We work with a first quality product, of national origin, we elaborate it in an artisan way and we will offer it to you, knowing that you are part of the most demanding sector of the gastronomy. We also offer delivery service from Monday to Saturday, both fresh and frozen, and if you prefer, you can pick it up at our own facilities. We have vehicles prepared in bitemperatura, to distribute and meet daily requirements in both fresh and frozen, depending on your needs.

We offer you a seasonal purchase advice service. So we advise you which are the best times of the year to invest in certain products, with the possibility of extending the service, in a customized production, controlled through production records and shared with you whenever you need it, so that you are aware of the quantities, costs, volumes and wastage.

We own and collaborate with ship owners who fish shrimp, Fish, carabinero octopus, etc. The result of this work allows us to obtain priority in the selection of the product, a recent raw material with a clear advantage for the customer between the expected value and the gross value.
